How we process the data we receive through this site and our business channels.

Sistema Comercial Inteligente (SCI) handles requests about the data collected on this site at contacto@sci.lat. For each service contract, the proposal also identifies the operating entity and its billing details.
1. What data we receive
When you write to us or request an assessment, we receive the data you provide: name, company, email, phone number, country, industry, plan of interest, and a description of your needs. The Complaints Register requests identification, contact details, and the information needed to handle a complaint or claim. Minimal technical data for site security and operation may also be generated.
2. What we use it for
We use inquiries to respond, coordinate an assessment, and prepare a proposal. We process data from the Register to record, handle, and provide evidence of the response to a complaint. We may use information needed to prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Sending subsequent marketing communications requires separate consent. You may withdraw it by writing to contacto@sci.lat; this does not affect the handling of an inquiry or claim already submitted.
3. Access, retention, and transfers
Authorized staff and essential hosting, storage, and communication providers may access the data to deliver the service. If we contract tools located in other countries, we will apply the appropriate protection and transparency measures. We do not sell the data submitted on this site.
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the relevant matter and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations or defend rights. We then delete or anonymize it, unless a rule requires us to retain it.
4. Control over your data
To access, update, rectify, request deletion, or object to processing where applicable, send a message to contacto@sci.lat specifying the right you wish to exercise. We may request proportionate identity verification before responding. In Peru, you may also contact the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales.
5. Security and changes
We apply access controls and reasonable technical measures to protect records. No transmission over the internet can guarantee zero risk. We will update this policy when processing changes and publish the revision date.
